Born and raised in the 202 me and my friends started the Glover Park Crew aka the GPC after the neighborhood we grew up in. My rap name, "DiploStayFli" was given to me by my best friend and neighbor, "SanSan," a Russian diplomat. Somehow along the way we fucked up and abused our diplomatic immunity and he got deported back to Russia. DiploStayFli is not just a rap name, but it's kind of like our motto describing the way we think and our way of life: DiploStayFli basically means to stay below the radar. This lifestyle of burnin the dankest weed all day (sometimes in places we really shouldn't be smoking), rockin the freshest gear, killin shows, gettin paid, gettin laid, and partying all night till we're hungover as fuck in the morning can cause beef with police and increase the haters on your dick, especially when it entails success. All I want to do in life is make music, its truly a beautiful thing and I thank God everyday for the talent he has given me. I have dreams of representing my city, the Nation's Capitol, as it's premier lyricist, no offense to Wale. Like the side view mirror in your whip my dreams are closer than they appear.
